This red wine is a classic Bordeaux blend (0% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc). It has a perfumy, pleasant nose, astringent chewy tannins, effusive black fruit (blackberries, black cherries). Best to keep this wine for 5-10 years but if want to consume it now serve it with a juicy steak (e.g ribeye, t-bone).
