6 for 1800 Labor Day Cocktail Recipes

1800 Chiapas Palm

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut

  • ½ oz. dry vermouth

  • 1 ½ oz. cane sugar

  • Slide of honeydew melon

  • 1 tbsp. blackberries

  • ½ oz. grapefruit

Directions: Muddle honeydew, blackberries and grapefruit in a cocktail shaker, before adding the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a melon log and cherry.

800 Spicy Summer Fling

  • 2 oz. 1800 Blanco

  • ½ oz. rhubarb syrup

  • ½ oz. lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 dash of Scrappy Fire Tincture bitters

  • Grapefruit soda, to top

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice and top with grapefruit soda. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lime wheel.

1800 Coco Creamsicle

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut

  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. fresh orange juice

  • ½ oz. vanilla syrup

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass with a salted rim over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel. 1800 Blood Orange Smash

  • 2 oz. 1800 Blanco

  • ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. blood orange juice

  • ½ oz. honey syrup

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

Directions: Muddle mint leaves in honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and mint leaves. 1800 Smoky Coconut Sour

  • 2 oz. 1800 Coconut

  • ¾ oz. lemon juice

  • ¼ oz. chipotle-infused agave syrup

  • ½ oz. coconut water

  • 8 drops of Memphis BBQ bitters

  • 2 orange slices

  • Bar spoon of grenadine, for color

Directions: Muddle 2 orange slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker before adding the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange and cherry flag. 1800 Sparkling Punch

  • ¾ oz. 1800 Blanco

  • ¾ oz. bourbon

  • ½ oz. agave syrup

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • 3 oz. Cava, to top

Directions: Stir tequila, bourbon, agave and bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top with Cava. Garnish with a slice of orange peel.
