Dallasites love to visit San Antonio. It's a model in how to develop a riverfront into a destination that extols its strengths, emphasizes its journey through the city, and brings back people in their residential and work environments to a city that has so much to offer.


A major part of its restaurant renaissance since I first started noticing over a decade ago has been Jason Dady, a chef whose repertoire of genres seems to be endless and whose contributions have also created an industry of protégés.


Now he has come up with another great, innovative, idea. If he doesn't export it to Dallas I hope he nonetheless smiles on somebody who does.

Indulge in chef-curated Lobster Fest menus at Tre Trattoria, Jardín and Range from 

July 26 to August 4


WHAT: Chef Jason Dady Restaurants is thrilled to announce the official return of Lobster Week, featuring special menus at Tre Trattoria, Jardin and Range from July 26 to August 4. During this week-long culinary feast, guests will enjoy a chef-curated four-course prix fixe meal with an optional wine pairing. Over a decade ago, Chef Jason Dady created this Lobster Fest to bring guests great deals and reprieve from the summer heat. Now, for the first time in three years, Dady is bringing this beloved festival back with a bang.


Each restaurant will feature its own unique menu that includes three savory lobster-rich courses and dessert, as well as a housemade spritz. Dish highlights include Lobster Claw Risotto with asparagus, orange, crushed almonds and a Tuscan herb crema; Potato Gnocchi With Maine Lobster Tail in a spicy San Marzano tomato sauce with caramelized cauliflower, radicchio and white truffle crema; Herb-Crusted Maine Lobster Tail a la Plancha with Israeli couscous, English cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mint and a fresh citrus vinaigrette. Desserts will include White Chocolate Cheesecake at Range, Nutella X3 at Tre Trattoria and Olive Oil Cake at Jardín. 


In addition to the delicious food, guests will receive a punch card to use at other locations during the Lobster Fest. Those who eat the Lobster Week Menu at all three restaurant locations will receive a $25 gift card to Two Bros. BBQ Market, which they can use to experience its award-winning Brisket and popular Cherry Glazed Baby Back Ribs to fulfill their BBQ cravings.
