What a tasting! I was invited to this media event where we started with the brut, followed by the rosé, the pinot noir, and finally an exquisitely aged 2015 vintage. I loved the yeastiness of the 2015 but was also impressed that the pinot noir had up to 20% 10-year old reserve wine in the blend. This is the kind of tasting that presents your product at its best.
