We may be finally discovering the Iberian taste for high-quality canned fish. Visitors to Spain and Portugal have seen canned fish in specialty stores and priced at gourmet prices. Here, canning was for everyday fish. Exceptions exist, check out Scardello's selection in Uptown Dallas.


Now, Blue Cove Preserves arrives, a firm dedicated to the art of high-end seafood canning. All USA product. Traceable, clean, gourmet.


They shared the Branzino with me. I can highly recommend it!
