Everyone cool, and me, was at STK tonight in Uptown to celebrate the Summer Solstice. The condition to attend: You had to like unending amounts of Wagyu steak, giant shrimp, halibut and chips, oysters, seafood cocktail, tequila sunrise, and St. Germain Rosé cocktails, plus serenades by a wavy guy from limba dancing summer school on a trombone.
