Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and what better way to woo a date than with a delicious and romantic dinner at one of the most timeless and elegant hotels in Uptown? 


From Feb. 13 to 17Fearing’s in The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is offering a Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu with an optional wine pairing add-on. The menu is $160 per person and an additional $80 per person for wine pairing.

Amuse

  • Golden Osetra Caviar “Chips and Dip” & Gulf Crab Arancini with Saffron Aioli

  • Wine Pairing: Joseph Perrier Cuvee Royale Champagne


Starter

  • Butter Poached Maine Lobster and Toasted Hazelnut/Ricotta Ravioli on Roasted Sunchoke Puree, Orange/Parmesan Sauce and Fennel/Celery Salad

  • Wine Pairing: Feudi Di San Gregorio Greco Di Tufo, Campania, Italy


Main Course

  • Prime Beef “Wellington” with Foie Gras Pâté, Wild Mushroom Duxelles, Creamed Spinach and Périgord Black Truffle Sauce

  • Wine Pairing: Avignonesi Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy


Dessert 

  • Chocolate Oblivion Mousse Cake with English Toffee & Passion Crème Tart with Toasted Meringue

  • Wine Pairing: Royal Tokaji, Tokaji Aszu, 5 Puttonyos, Hungary
