Avocado Smash
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz Mijenta Tequila Blanco
1oz avocado puree (1 small avocado + 2oz lime juice + 2oz simple syrup)
.75oz lime juice
.5oz Maraschino liqueur
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice, strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a black salt rim.
