Sorry. It was Dylan who went electric. This release from my favorite Mexican restaurant in town just came in over the wires...

PRESS RELEASE Tulum Restaurant Announces It Will Offer Sunday Brunch

Tulum will begin featuring a Sunday brunch menu in January

DALLAS, TX (Jan. 4, 2021) Following the recent and well received re-opening with Chef Jose Meza, Tulum announces that they will be offering Sunday brunch starting Jan. 10, 2021, from 11am to 3pm.

The restaurant at Shops of Highland Park replicates the experience of it’s namesake: Tulum, Mexico. Executive Chef Jose Meza’s exciting new brunch menu will feature items such as pancakes, migas, rancheros, omelettes, chilaquiles, huevos divorciados, tortas, breakfast tacos (and more), along with some of Tulum’s signature menu items. Chef Meza prides himself in creative dishes, all of which focus on fresh ingredients, similar to those dishes in Tulum, Mexico.

A full cocktail menu will be available, along with Sunday brunch cocktails which include the tomatillo and traditional Bloody Mary and Micheladas. There will be four mimosa options made with fresh juices including orange, mango, grapefruit and passion fruit.

Chef Meza’s new Tulum menu is an unforgettable experience of tastes, vivid colors and creative presentations that come together to create the ultimate Tulum experience. Follow Tulum on Instagram and Facebook, or visit TheTulumExperience.com for the full menu coming soon.
