The name 13 Celsius® is inspired by the ideal temperature to craft and drink this wine. 13 Celsius wines begin with grapes harvested from the 13 best lots, which are fermented at 13° Celsius.

Enjoying the wines at 13° Celsius reveals the crisp herbal aromatics, vibrant citrus and refreshing minerality unique to the world renowned region this wine is sourced from. The unique label design makes it easy to enjoy the wine at this ideal temperature: simply place the bottle in your refrigerator or wine cooler and wait for the label to change to blue, indicating the wine is at the perfect temperature to enjoy!

For their Sauvignon Blanc, 13 Celsius Vineyards sources from the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough, New Zealand, one of the most prominent regions for growing Sauvignon Blanc in the world. The climate and terroir of these adjacent regions within Marlborough vary greatly and contribute to the complex character of this wine, with the sea’s cooling effect influencing the Awatere Valley climate and contributing herbaceous, grassy notes, and the dry, inland climate of the Wairau Valley bringing bright acidity and citrus notes to the wine.

Classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, priced attractively.
