Interesting example of Prosecco that breaks with the usual brut classification in favor of extra dry. I.e. slightly more residual sugar.
Pleasant celebratory wine to be enjoyed now (or this holiday season).
Appearance: Light straw. Initial bubbles dissipate after 30 minutes;
Nose: Ripe apples, lemons, white peach;
Palate: Hint of sweetness. Medium acid. Green apples;
