WINE REVIEW: Cedar+Salmon 2023 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, OR ($25)

by Andrew Chalk

This is a very enjoyable wine that skews to the fruity side of Oregon pinot noir. Pair it with turkey or veal for current consumption, or age it for three to five years for a more aged expression.
