Provence might be called the birthplace of the current rosé renaissance, starting in France and spreading throughout the northern hemisphere. The style now outsells white wine in France. In the US market rosé has gone mainstream.
This wine represents the center in terms of Provence rosé wine styles. High acid, fruity, and fresh. The blend is 50% syrah, 40% grenache, and 10% cinsault. It is a wine designed for the return of sunny days, the end of lockdowns, and quaffing.
If you prefer it with food: pork tacos, pâté, spring rolls or satay, caprese salad all pair well.
