Jordan Vineyard and Winery is 50! With so much wine news having a theme of ‘new’, and ‘a first’ an age like 50 sounds like the portal to veneration. To celebrate the event the winery has released two wines, a cabernet sauvignon and this chardonnay.

N: Tropical fruit (Asian pear, mango, persimmon), vibrant acid, creaminess from sur lie aging in new French oak and stainless steel. Only 28% malolactic fermentation so buttery notes are restrained.

T: Confirmation of the fruits, dominant phenolic backbone, complex layers of fruit and ageing.

Great for quaffing or to accompany Asian flavors that don’t have too much heat.
