A Chardonnay in the restrained style of other Mondavi wines. Definitely New World, definitely Californian with tropical fruit and lemon citrus notes. But not an oak monster or a massive fruit takeover in the mouth.
A good quaffing wine or serve with seafood or chicken.
Appearance: Golden straw;
Nose: Ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, lemon;
Palate: Ripe exuberant pineapple. Vanilla.
