Racy acid backbone makes this a wine that can pair with a wide variety of food or be quaffed on its own. Consider pairing it with salmon, poultry, game birds or pork.


TASTING NOTES

A: Medium straw;


N: Cream soda, mango, pineapple, ripe yellow apples, white peach;


T: Crunchy phenolic backbone. ripe fruit. pineapple predominant. New French oak.
