Pinot Noir is normally vinified as a red wine. This wine shows how successful it can be as a rosé.
The wine has a copper color. A vineous nose. There are notes of raspberries and rose petals.
In the mouth the wine is very crisp due to high acid. It has a phenolic backbone from red grape tannins. It confirms the fruits in the nose.
